We represent building owners, businesses looking for space, and investors buying and selling commercial property across Dallas–Fort Worth. Most brokerages hand you off once the lease is signed. We don't — our in-house construction team builds the space, so we know what improvements cost and how long they take.
Our Expertise
Landlord & Owner Representation
We price your property against its submarket, market it to qualified prospects, and vet who's asking before you ever see an offer. When a space needs work to lease, we scope and price the buildout before it goes to market.
Tenant Representation
We start with how your business actually operates, then canvass listed space, quiet availabilities, and owners open to the right tenant. We negotiate the terms that decide your real occupancy cost, not just the rate.
Investment Sales
Buying and selling commercial property across the Metroplex. We underwrite the real numbers rather than the seller's, and walk the property with our construction team so renovation costs are known before you're under contract.
FAQs
Common questions from owners and tenants
Do you charge tenants for representation?
In most lease transactions the landlord pays broker commissions, including the tenant's representative. We'll be clear about compensation on any deal where that isn't the case.
What areas do you cover?
Dallas–Fort Worth and the surrounding metro. We work Dallas County most heavily, with active deals in the surrounding counties.
What property types do you handle?
Retail, office, industrial, flex, and mixed-use — for lease and for sale.
How does the construction side work?
Our in-house team handles buildouts for restaurant and retail spaces. On a brokerage deal that means we can price tenant improvements accurately during negotiation. You're welcome to use your own contractor — the capability is there if you want it.
